11.3 Tax Deduction at Source (TDS) for Cash Games The Company is required to deduct Tax at Source (TDS) on winnings exceeding Rs. 10,000/- in a single game or tournament, in accordance with applicable tax laws. In such cases, winnings will be credited to your Winnings and Bonus Account only after deducting TDS at a rate of 30%. To facilitate the crediting of such winnings and enable cash withdrawals, you must: Possess a valid PAN (Permanent Account Number). Provide your PAN details and proof immediately upon request. If you fail to submit valid PAN details within 60 days from the date of the game where your winnings exceed Rs. 10,000/- and are subject to TDS, the Company reserves the right to forfeit your winnings after remitting the applicable TDS to government authorities. In case of forfeiture, the forfeited amount will be treated as the Gross Amount Charged, inclusive of Service Tax/Goods and Services Tax (GST) as applicable. These provisions may be updated periodically in accordance with changes in tax laws and other relevant regulations.
